In the marketplace everything is changing quickly. Let me elaborate this more. You don’t own the customers! You never did and you never will.
Let’s take an example : If there is an Apple Inc. fan and buys every product. It is because they make something useful and great and innovative. Not because he is in love with the logo or because of the fame.
If there is something better that Samsung is making then people will buy that, even the Apple Inc. fans! (Which might not happen for times to come!).
My point is this :

- You can’t say my customers
- You can’t say my loyal people
You never own them for a long time. It is about competition. If you are lucky you will rent one for some time.
